Plantation Sampler Update

The animals are all corralled. I need to finish the tedious filling in so they'll all have grass to eat. I changed the green color, and I like it much better in NPI 245. I try to work on that area when I'm watching something on TV. Not much concentration is needed. I also started the brick work on the house. Aren't the trees unusual? I like'em. By the way, yes, Glenna that is a blue sheep. I'm not sure I get it either.

These sets are going to be on my Etsy later.

The sampler is coming along beautifully! I've had this chart in my stash since the late 80's. My sampler guild last year picked it as they year long project. Did I participate? No, but now I wish I had! Look forward to seeing more pictures as you go along.

Did you have the urge to change Blue Sheep's color? Perhaps he's the blue sheep of the family.... Most lovely--I love the chaotic animals all over the lawn--makes me think of my house.

Thanks to you I have been looking for this beautiful sampler a few weeks ago, on the internet, and guess what? During my vacation, last week in Germany, I found it (by accident) in a tiny needleworkshop in St. Vith, Germany. It kind of jumped in my arms :)
